Q. How can I trust this website?

Q. Why should I use a Virtual Office?
A. There are many benefits as to why you should use a Virtual Office in particularly to cost effectiveness and strategic expansion of your business presence. For more information, please check out our "Why Use Virtual Office?" section.

Q. What are the important criteria that I should use for selecting a Virtual Office?
A. Location, Prestige and Services are important areas of consideration. Your Virtual Office should be in the central business district and operated by a Serviced Office provider so as to give you the highest return of investment in terms of business image, identity and reputation. Please refer to "Concept of Virtual Office" section for more useful information.

Q. Do i need to provide more information in order to subscribe to the Virtual Office services?
A. The process is simple. After the payment via our secured Paypal payment gateway, a sign up form will be sent to you. At this time, you are able to utilise the business address. All you need to do next is to fill in the necessary information in the form and send it back to us according to the instructions.
Q. Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
A. You can upgrade to any packages. It is a simple process of making a request from us at support@millenno.com and we can perform the seamless upgrade for you pro-rata with the existing package and your desired package. For addition of services into an existing Virtual Office plan, you may also write in to us for necessary arrangements or queries.
Q. After I have paid for and subscribed to your Virtual Office Premium Plan, why is it that I did not get my dedicated numbers immediately?
A. Upon payment, you will be sent a sign up form in which you will be filling in information pertaining to your desired destination for call and fax forwarding. The sooner you can send the form back to us, the quicker we can configure and issue the dedicated numbers to you. For e-Check payment, Paypal requires 4 business days to process; once the payment is approved and we have received your sign up information, we need 1-3 business days to issue the numbers. It usually requires only 1 business day depending on the season of our business.
Q. During the course of my Virtual Office subscription, can I change my sign up information with you?
A. Yes, you can. Simply write in to us at support@millenno.com for any desired change in your sign up information. This may include the change of destination for call and fax forwarding.
Q. For receiving incoming post mails, how do you identify my mails?
A. We utilise the company name and/or your personal name to identify any mails associated to you.
Q. In urgent cases under a Virtual Office plan, I will need my post mails to be forwarded to me as soon as possible. Can this be done?
A. The fastest way is to write in to us, giving us the necessary details of your account with any major international courier or freight agent (eg. FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc) so that we can call the agent to arrange for a quick pick-up from us. If you do not have any account with any international courier services, it is advisable to sign up with them if you need or if you are expecting urgent mail forwarding service during the course of your subscription with us. Alternatively, we can also give exception to urgent cases when you write in to us and we will arrange for a courier service agent for the forwarding. In this case we shall be sending you a payment link for payment (before forwarding) in regards to any extra charges that exceeds the complementary postage fee provided.
Q. Can I make use of your space to store big mail packages?
A. Yes you can, but it can only be temporary and highly discouraged because we do not want to be operating a warehousing service. For each customer, we are able to receive and hold up to the size of 1 x 10kg box in reference to the packaging dimensions of any major international courier services. However, in view of this large size, we will be arranging for it to be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
