We take this opportunity to express our thanks to all our clients who have been supporting us. We will strive to continue to maintain our strategic direction in preserving this business location as a high value and prestigious address for our Serviced Office and Virtual Office clients. For our clients, we have written a short report in what we have done so far:
Since January 2006, our sales and marketing strategy for our Virtual Office service has always been focused on ensuring that
1) our business address remains high valued; and
2) our prices remain consistent, competitive and cost effective against the services that we provide.
- Maintaining price consistency is a very important action to preserve the value of the business address and to ensure fairness to all existing or new clients. We do not feel that Virtual Office is a commodity and we are aware that Virtual Office clients want the best business value out of a virtual office address. Clients will feel short-changed by the 'sudden drop' in address value if virtual office price is reduced or manipulated. One of the common reasons for price reduction is that there are too many local clients using the same business address. Similarly, a price hike to take advantage of an improving property market is not in the best interest of clients as this action projects more price instability if the property market faces a halt or decrease in its worth. We have avoided these actions so as to prevent volatility in our address value and brand, and hence gives stability and value back to our clients. Furthemore, we feel that there is no convincing justification to increase Virtual Office prices just because the property market performs better unless the target market is only Singapore. We assert professionally that Virtual Office is not a commodity.
- Our Target Market has always been international instead of local. This has inevidently led to creating our major client base in countries other than Singapore. On hindsight, it has produced a healthy balance in the variety of clients that we have while maintaining the value of our business address. We have allocated more marketing focus on overseas market rather than Singapore, and this has positively brought about a high return in business address value for BOTH our international and local clients.
First, we do not have hundreds of Singapore Virtual Office clients and this in itself ensures that our address is not synonymous to being a Virtual Office. The action of handing out namecards in a relatively small business environment in Singapore becomes much easier for clients without having to second guess if their clients/associates have seen this address once too many times in their collection of namecards.
Second, this address is not overly marketed as a Virtual Office in Singapore; instead we are well marketed as a Serviced Office provider locally. Being a Serviced Office in Singapore allows our Virtual Office clients to enjoy a higher prestige and value when they extend their business presence with our business address and services.
- Our Virtual Office plans have seen a major focus on providing 24/7 automation to our client's telecommunication operations. We provide unique technological options for call forwarding and fax forwarding and have encouraged our clients to send in their queries or request about using these options. These value adding options provide our clients the edge in business while providing the best cost-effective returns.
In conclusion to this report, we want to thank all our clients again for the support and valuable attention.
We pledge to stay on course in improving and building the brand and value of our business address and services so as to give more value back to our customers. And this shall be the imperative and foremost direction in which we have undertaken in the past and will continue to embark on in the future ahead.
