This Terms & Condition, constitute as a Service Agreement (herein and thereafter "Agreement") governs your purchase and use of all virtual office services and business facilities (collectively, herein and thereafter "Services"), as described and purchased from Millennia Corporation Pte. Ltd. (herein and thereafter referred to as "Millenno"); you, as a customer of Millenno, shall be herein and thereafter referred to as "subscriber" or "Subscriber").

SUBSCRIPTION FEE
The monthly subscription fee for virtual office services shall be paid in advance for the duration subscribed.

TERMINATION
The subscriber shall not use the address of the virtual office to engage in unlawful business trade and activities. Millenno reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if found that there is a breach of the terms and conditions herein.

SERVICES
During the term of subscription, should the level of service not meet the subscriber's expectations, please contact the Customer Service Officer at customerservice@millenno.com and Millenno will respond within the same working day.

CALL FORWARD OPTIONS
Millenno will be in contact with the subscriber to confirm the telephone number(s) where incoming calls shall be forwarded to. Call forward to overseas numbers shall be charged at affordable market rates corresponding to the destination.

STAFF
If the subscriber, or any business of which the ownership or control is directly or indirectly associated with the subscriber at any time during the term of Membership or within 12 months after termination of the membership employs any of the staff employed or who were employed by Millenno or any business affiliated with Millenno during the term of the membership then the subscriber shall pay to Millenno by way of liquidated and ascertained damages an amount equal to 50% of the new annual wage or package of the employee which the parties agree is a genuine pre estimate of the loss suffered by Millenno. The applicability of liquidated and ascertained damages applies to all staff whether permanent, part-time or otherwise.

REFERRAL FEE
For every successful referral to Millenno the subscriber will receive their referral fee under Millenno's Rewards Program.

MEMBERSHIP
By utilizing our business facilities or virtual office services and going into an agreement with Millenno, you are hereby a subscriber and granted a Membership to Millenno's Business Facilities.

TAXES
All prices quoted are inclusive to any government taxes where applicable and allowable by law.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Your nature of business and business activities must be considered legal in the laws of The Republic of Singapore, failing which Millenno may terminate this Agreement without any refunds at its sole discretion.

RENEWAL
Millenno shall inform the subscriber by means of a written notification before any plan expires.
